The main course is Shinshu rice pork shabu-shabu, made with a generous amount of Nagano Junmai Daiginjo sake! We also have a selection of other delicious Nagano delicacies, including Shinshu salmon, horse sashimi, and local sake sweets.This premium course includes an "all-you-can-drink for adults" option, allowing you to compare and taste over 10 different types of sake.We accept reservations for groups of 8 or more (up to 12 people) *Please contact the restaurant if you wish to accommodate more than 12 people.
